How to use PayNow

🔑 Log In or Register: Create or open your ePocket account in the app or on the website. (It’s quick – just sign up with your mobile number and set a PIN.)

✅ Verify Your Account: Follow the in-app steps to verify your identity (for extra security and compliance). This helps keep your payments safe.

💰 Top Up Your Wallet: Add money to ePocket via bank transfer (EFT), PayShap, or at any ePocket agent (even at local shops or spaza stores). Your funds will show up immediately.

🔒 Pay the Seller: In the app, use Send Money (or Scan2Pay) to pay the seller’s mobile number or QR code. The payment is secure and instant – most ePocket transactions happen right away.

📦 Seller Receives & Delivers: The seller gets the payment instantly in their ePocket wallet and can now deliver the item to you, confident that the money is safely received.

2. Share it everywhere you sell:

Paste the link on your invoice and include it in every post for items or services you advertise on marketplaces (e.g. Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp, OLX).

3. Add your ePocket details:

Include your registered ePocket name and mobile number.

Email address is optional.

4. Merchant sellers:

If you have an ePocket Merchant Account, also share your Merchant QR code or merchant payment details for faster checkout.

This makes it easy for buyers to pay you instantly and securely using ePocket PayNow.
