4. Pay merchants, buy electricity, or withdraw cash when needed
Once a transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. This is to protect both senders and recipients from fraud. Always confirm the recipient’s details and amount before entering your PIN and sending money. If a transaction fails or remains pending, funds will automatically be reversed to your wallet.
